WebIt is implementing conversion between SMBus LINEAR11 format (16 bits - 5 signed (2s complement) bits of exponent and 11 signed (2s complement) bits of mantissa). Code works correctly but because I don't have experience doing bit operations in go (my experience is C/C++) it can surely be improved. I don't want to lose too much precision.
