It supports exactly the same 3200 as Zen 2, even then probably only at JEDEC timings, not enthusiast timings. Anything above that is overclock and you are on your own. Plenty of posts on the forum with people failing to reach 3600 on Zen 2. Don't make 4000 the same for Zen 3.
