That means clearing the main storyline in each of the 3 leveling zones which will unlock the “Zandalar Forever” quest chain. You’ll also need to do the War Campaign up to just shy of killing Jaina in the raid.

You also need to do the campaign for vuldion, zandalari expeditions, and zandalari empire.
