WebbNo one in high tiers really plays scythe because yea its easy to look good with but its extremely hard to ADVANCE with. especially when people start mixing up dodges and movement reading is hard as all hell. And btw playing passive with scythe in high plat or low diamond will get you fucking obliterated. WebbScythe is a mediocre boardgame at best, riddled with balancing issues, unnecessary complexity and expansions that should've been included in the base package. It just happens to have very attractive box art and miniatures. It's a 6/10 game that probably goes down to a 5/10 if you'll be playing 2p exclusively.
